A session is confirmed once we agree a date and time by email. Requesting a time slot on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking.

You receive your hand-edited high-res images in a private online gallery, usually within two weeks. The copyright remains with the photographer; you receive a personal usage licence. Commercial use requires separate agreement.

Retouching: please share all your retouching wishes before you confirm your photo selection (as a note on the photo, by email or by message). The selected photos are edited once, based on those wishes; once the edited photos have been delivered, re-edits are not included.

Sessions can be rescheduled in case of bad weather or illness. Please provide as much notice as possible. Specific cancellation terms are shared when your booking is confirmed.

1. Value and validity. A gift certificate has a monetary value (the amount shown on it) and is valid for two years from the date of purchase. The expiry date and the certificate number are printed on the certificate.

2. Booking. Please contact us in advance to agree a date for the photoshoot. All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Using the value. The value can be used towards any photoshoot package. If the chosen package costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining value can be used for extras such as additional edited photos within the validity period. The value is not paid out in cash, in whole or in part.

4. Location. The photoshoot takes place outdoors in Amsterdam or at your home in Amsterdam. Studio rental is not included and is paid separately if you choose a studio session.

5. Personal. The certificate is issued in the recipient's name and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

6. Right of withdrawal. If you bought the certificate online, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of the purchase date without giving a reason and receive a full refund, provided the certificate has not been used. Email admin@dariaphotography.nl with the certificate number. After this period the certificate is non-refundable.

7. Missed appointments and extension. If the recipient does not show up on the agreed date without notice, the certificate is considered used. If we cannot offer a date within the validity period, the certificate is extended accordingly.

8. Payment. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. No VAT is charged (Dutch small business scheme, KOR).
